November 16, 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., JCK 1100, What to Expect when Parenting Teens

This interactive session will put things into perspective and will provide parents with tools to:

  • Deal with the changes adolescents experience

  • Maintain open lines of communication

  • Approach conflict in a positive way

Parent Support Group: brings parents together to network with other parents and discuss challenges and sharepractical advice about child care. 

November 13, 12 p.m. - 1 p.m., Child Development Center

Healthy eating for the Holidays

 

Cancer Support Group: brings employees together to share with each other support, ideas, and information about cancer. 

Groups meet monthly, generally 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, brown bag style.
